Breathing Easily with Padraig King's Techniques

The purpose of breathing is to stay alive, be energised, feel strong , relaxed and able to think clearly and intelligently.  When your breathing is compromised and you take in less oxygen then healing is slowed down, replacement of cells and the repair of damaged tissues, muscles and bones can be delayed. Without adequate oxygen certain areas of your brain may be under resourced and your thinking, organising and learning may be less effective. To ensure that you breathe correctly, get enough oxygen and eliminate the carbon dioxide appropriately.
