I have committed to only collecting information about you that is critical for offering and improving our products and services to you and to comply with all legal obligations. This Privacy Policy applies to information I collect when you sign up for clinic sessions, courses, workshops, seminars, online eBooks, online audios etc. , when you access or me any of our websites, when you speak to, email or message me or when you otherwise interact with me (collectively, the “Services”). Collecting Information About You

When you register for a “service” I collect some personal information about you including your full name, address, email address and telephone number. I  also collect information about your needs, the nature and purpose of your interaction with me, your Eircode/zip code and a few other pertinent details. In order to perform online transactions, I collect your card details and once verified these are no longer visible to me.

All I can see is the last 4 digits of the long card number of your card and I never store your numbers or details in paper form. When you request my Services I collect information relating to your transactions including time, location, transaction amount, payment method and cardholder details. When you access my websites or any of my mobile applications I may automatically collect information including, but without limitation, your IP address, operating system, browser type, identifiers for your computer or mobile device, your visit date and time and your visit behaviour . This used to serve you better and provide information in formats that suit your devices as well as measuring traffic on web pages and what is of most interest on my site.

Information About You I may use information collected about you to provide our Services and to deliver all relevant information to you including transaction receipts, alerts and support messages. I may also use information collected about you to improve and personalise our Services.

Stripe and PayPal and Acuity Scheduling are responsible for the security of cardholder data which is processed by me. Secure Record Retention

I am required to retain certain records about you for a period of at seven years after termination of your Account. Otherwise, I reserve the right to delete and destroy all of the information collected about you upon termination of your Account unless you request otherwise.

If agreed I shall continue to store your information, for example your transaction history, which you may require for accounting purposes. All records will be deleted immediately when I cease to provide services, training and products.
