Training Options

In 2 hours, you will learn what anxiety and stress are, how to recognise them and what to do as a simple way to reduce these so that you can start living rather than surviving
In 4 hours, you will understand how stress and anxiety have limited you, learn a number of strategies to mange your anxiety and stress.
In 8 hours, you will master your stress an anxiety and be in full control of your primitive reflexes, drives and subconscious drives that create the chemical patterns that generate such negative emotions and thoughts.

Expected Outcome: You will learn self-regulation and strategies that will eliminate your sttess and anxiety.
